Hi! Welcome to my wellness page! I'm Keturah, but often called Torie for short. I love the fitness and health industry though I hate to run and like a little sugar and wine from time to time. I have been in the wellness industry for a little over 20 years, starting as a massage therapist. I started practicing yoga as a way to relax and "stretch" along with my gym sessions. I deepened my yoga practice and attended Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. I personally love a great sweaty, hot power yoga practice and a little restorative here and there. My background with massage, especially within a physical therapy setting has led my teaching to more restorative, mindful guidance. I find joy in helping my people become more aware of their bodies and improving how they feel while in movement. I teach in person, online, groups and 1:1
