Great for beginners looking to start your yoga journey while improving mobility, strength and balance. Classes are limited to 4 attendees to allow customized, hands on experience.

Each signature massage begins with a brief consultation in which your massage therapist will create a plan to best address your needs in the service time booked. Once goals are established, you'll enjoy a blending of techniques from various modalities. Aromatherapy of your choice is included.
